Brings with it the spring of hope
Renewed dreams and multiple aspirations.
Therefore, let not the dim and dark
Recollections of the past
Anchor you immutably and
Out of reach of the dawn of hope
Embedded amid new beginnings.
Rather, with bold expectations
Embrace the future and strive
Unreservedly towards the
Treasure of your goals.

Although the reason for existence
May not have been fully elucidated,
To limit the questions abounding
About the essential and real purpose
Of this terrestrial realm we inhabit.
Yet, should time here be thus
Squandered in futile adventure
For lack of absolute clarity.
Nay, each moment as gift, apportioned
And confined, but not defined wholly
By destiny, should be explored diligently
To the breadth of its potential,
Lest we fail to grasp and accomplish
That which was our portion to receive
And the true meaning of life indeed.

My gift to you is this…
I wish for you now and always
The peace of God, the foundation
And maker of the whole universe,
Which peace, exceeds the knowledge
Of mere humanity, but from within its
Boundless and sustaining essence, remains
An ever faithful impenetrable anchor
Which, calms the ripples and turbulence of life,
Transforms the sphere of human perception
Yet, assuredly provides enduring solace
And the tranquility of comforting relief
In aid of the spirit that embraces it.

Do not castigate yourself endlessly
Nor subject yourself to constant reproach, or
Incessantly scathing personal recrimination,
For, but imperfect is our life journey, and
Blemished certain trails we sometimes pursue.
Yet know ye, that even the stalwart and ramrod
Of disposition are indeed still malleable, but
Shielded with the distinction of determination
Resolve not to disintegrate under the scrutiny, and
Limelight of the flawed existence of mortality.
Rather, cloak thyself with clear and piercing insight
To acknowledge frailties and experiences therefrom.
Arm thyself with the refuge of wisdom, to ensure
That thy perspective is unveiled in assessment
Of the failings that attend within thine existence.
Dwell not on the limitations or infirmities of the mould
Nay, courage most ardently seek, sufficient grace to
Forgive thyself embrace, while nurturing steadfastly the
Peace that elevates the spirit and dissipates confusion,
And with the confidence of maturity acquired through
Lessons, advance beyond the stagnation of shortcomings
To forge onward with confidence and enduring hope.

Treachery, can aptly masquerade as
Loyal confidants attending your courts…
Thus vigilance attend to most earnestly.
Lest the schemes of deceit surprise present
At arm’s length, or in close proximity
Seeking to strike with a lethal blow,
Determined wholeheartedly to destroy.
For treachery knoweth no measure of peace
Save it supplant tranquility with ruination.
Therefore, cloak yourself in the armour of
Unwavering faith, stalwart of integrity, and
With wisdom, most cautiously guard thy ways.

Almighty God of all the earth
Thy wonders ceaseth not.
In all thy majesty I pray
Ye hear me when I call.
Forgive me all my sins my Lord.
Forgive me all I’ve done.
Please wash me with the blood of Christ
And sanctify my soul.
I struggle deep with the pains of life.
I wrestle in my faith, but do believe, and
Still hold firmly within my frame
That Christ saves, and will come again.
Empower me with thy strength, oh God.
Embrace me fully in thy love,
That when the strife of life doth come
Within thy grace, I’ll always walk.
And at last, when that fated Rubicon I cross,
When in awe, thy blessed face I see
That I’ll sing on high with all thy saints
Thank God, earth’s life wasn’t in vain.

Exude before thou tread
All confidence in thy being.
Shew not timid spirit.
Yield not to intimidation
And favor not like fears.
But with courage, step forth
To empower thy very essence
As enduring and reliable shield
In triumph over this pilgrimage.
For they that with thee likewise walk
Are better not in measure than thee,
Nor entertain they less trepidation.
For in firm embrace coupled with
Stalwart conviction and boldness,
Some in diligence proceed forward
To succeed and conquer still.
Therefore in all things
Embrace fortitude
… And stride.
